2-1.    Number of courses conducted for new CNS/ATM system basic training

The CambodianCounterparts have developed “Basic Course” on the New CNS/ATM Systems for air traffic controllers and air navigation technical staff. The 1st course for air traffic controllerswasimplemented in February 2013.

SSCA will have conducted and organized basic training courses of the new CNS/ATM systems at least 2 times in 2014 and 1 time 2015.

2-2.    Ratio of air traffic controllers and air navigation technical staff who have completed the new CNS/ATM system basic training course

25% of air traffic controllers. It is estimated that the ratio for air traffic controllers and air navigation technical staff who will have completed the course will be 39% and 45% respectively by the end of 2013.

At least 90% of SSCA technical staff members and CATSair traffic controllers and air navigation technical staff will have attended and completed in-house training programs at basic level for the new CNS/ATM systems.

2-3.    Number of instructors who can operate and improve the new CNS/ATM system basic training courses

4 officials have completed instructor training on Basic Course were appointed by SSCA as instructors. 2 of them implemented 1st courses for air traffic controllers and air navigation technical staff in February 2013.

SSCA will have 4 instructors who can operate and improve basic training courses for the new CNS/ATM systems.

2-4.    Number of courses conducted for new CNS/ATM system advanced training

Nil. Advanced courses will start in 2014.

SSCA will have organized and conducted advanced training courses of the new CNS/ATM systems at least 2 times in 2014 and 2015.

2-5.    Ratio of air traffic controllers and air navigation technical staff who have completed the new CNS/ATM system advanced training course

Nil. Advanced courses will start in 2014.

At least 50% of SSCA technical staff members and CATSair traffic controllers and air navigation technical staff will have attended and completed in-house training programs at advanced level for the new CNS/ATM systems.

2-6.    Number of instructors who can operate and improve the new CNS/ATM system advanced training courses

Instructor training on advanced coursed will be started in 2013.

SSCA will have 4 instructors who can operate and improve advanced training courses for the new CNS/ATM systems.
